Camp Horizon is a dynamic, growing, passionate camp and retreat ministry seeking a new leader! Horizon Camp and Retreat Center, a United Methodist related ministry in beautiful south Kansas, is seeking a Camp Director with deep, passionate Christian faith and excellent leadership skills. (This is a year-round position with responsibility for camp promotion, recruitment and training of staff, developing programming, and managing the day-to-day operations of the camp. The Camp Director will also develop non-summer programs and provide program services to retreat groups as needed. We are looking for someone with a passion for summer camp, a strong commitment to excellence, and outstanding leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a Christian summer camp plus familiarity with the United Methodist Church.)
