Job Description:
West Cabarrus Church is an outreach oriented ministry, both locally and globally. This loving church family is seeking a full time Worship Pastor to lead all aspects of music, worship teams, worship choir, band, drama, and vocal elements. This position requires the person to introduce a constant flow of new comtemporay praise and worship style music to our church family. We are contemporay in style and conservative in our message. We are here to worship God thru BRIM (Biblical, Relational, Innovative, Missional).
The person God brings to us would also be responsible for the planning of all services and working closely with the Senior Pastor in coordinating proper music witht he message series. Recruitment of volunteers, directing all music / drama productions are part of the ministry position.
The candidate must be innovative in his approah to ministry.
