Director or Minister of Children's Ministries

Currently Menlo Park Presbyterian Church is seeking a new Children’s Director or Minister.
MPPC, under the leadership of senior pastor John Ortberg, is a thriving intergenerational, multi-campus church in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. The children’s ministry at MPPC spans three campuses with over 700 children each weekend.

* The position oversees the ministry to children and their families, vision, staff and volunteers at our largest campus with key partnerships required with other campuses.

* Children’s ministry is part of Family Life Ministries spanning birth – high school and seeks to launch kids to a lifetime of following Jesus Christ through caring Christ-centered relationships and teaching, partnering with parents to help pass along their faith in Christ and assimilating kids into the broader church, not just the children’s ministry.

* We are seeking a candidate who has previous children’s ministry experience in a large church setting, people management experience and, most importantly a deep passion for Jesus Christ, kids and their families.
