Job Description:
Christ Community Church is a growing, vibrant church with 1500 people in attendance each weekend. We are located in southeastern Minnesota in the rapidly-growing community of Rochester, a dynamic city with over 100,000 people. Do you have a clear calling to minister to children and partner with parents, to see them grow in their personal walk with God? Do you have the desire and ability to recruit and train parents to serve in ministry? We desire a servant leader to develop and oversee the vision and day to day growth of a vibrant Children’s Ministry. A bachelor’s degree in Christian Education or Biblical Studies with a seminary education preferred; 3-5 years of large church experience is a plus, specifically in the area of Children’s Ministries.
