Job Description:
Browncroft Community Church, a non-denominational congregation located in suburban Rochester, NY, is searching for an Executive Pastor. Weekend attendance is 1300 plus 400 children and teens in a strong family ministry.

The candidate should be someone of mature Christian character and proven leadership skills. He will serve as the primary partner of the Senior Pastor and be responsible for organizational planning and oversight, as well as supervision and development of staff.
