Job Description:
We are a 4-year-old church plant located in Austin, Texas, with a unique and specific vision to reduce the lostness of 50,000 students at The University of Texas. Starting with only 12 college students in September 2005, Hill County UT now reaches hundreds of college students with the life-transforming power of Jesus Christ.


At Hill Country UT, our mission field is the University of Texas and the 92% of students who do not claim to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our desire is to engage students with the gospel, equip them to be missionaries on the campus, and empower them to establish missional communities to reach the campus.


We are currently seeking a Chief of Ministry Operations who will oversee the daily operations of ministry. The Chief of Ministry Operations should be able to effectively shepherd and manage a young staff team, work effectively with lay ministers and be able to think strategically about ministry systems.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for the collegiate generation, will be highly relational and have proven successes in ministry. The candidate should be able to thrive in quick, changing environments and be able to move staff and lay leaders to have optimal ministry performance. We are seeking candidates who are mature in age and ministry tenure to balance out a young, energetic staff team.
