Job Description:

First Baptist Church is a non-denominational church with an average of 1600 adults in 4 separate services of various worship styles. The Modesto area is home to around 300,000 residents.

Junior High Director:

-Lead and Shepherd the Junior High Ministry
-Serve as the primary vision caster/teacher for the Junior High Ministry.
-Recruit, build, lead, shepherd, train, and equip a leadership team(s) to work with junior high students.
-Develop and implement strategies to reach unchurched students in the greater Modesto area.

-Looking for a dynamic communicator/team builder with the track record and ability to disciple students and develop healthy, growing ministries with future vision and outward focus.
-Minimum 4 years experience in a dynamic student ministry (Minimum 2 years as point leader)
-Experience in 500+ church setting
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
