Fielder Road Baptist Church is located in the heart of the Metroplex directly between Dallas and Ft Worth. Known mostly for Six Flags, The new Dallas Cowboys Stadium, and the home of the Texas Rangers, the city is full of diversity and opportunities for any church willing to make a difference. Fielder Road is willing to do whatever it takes to reach the community and believes it is all about Life Change. With a church membership of 9000+ and a state of the art worship space (themetrocenter.org) the church has the people and facilities to make a greater impact in Arlington.

Fielder is now looking to find the right person to come in and fill the roll of High School pastor. This full-time job will require someone who will oversee all aspects of the ministry to 9th-12th graders. Fielder Road is highly team oriented and needs staff members that value the team concept. The High School pastor will work underneath the Student Pastor and along side the Junior High Pastor, Girl's Pastor, Worship leader, and numerous volunteers.

Candidate should:

- Be highly relational
- Be a good communicator (video required of candidate speaking to youth ministry)
- Have undergraduate degree
- 2 to 5 years full-time experience
- Desire to work in diverse church/community
- Have basic administrative skills
