Job Description:
We are in need of a full-time, enthusiastic, creative, visionary leader to develp strategies and programs that facilitate spiritual growth in parents of young families, young adults, and the youth of our church. The overarching goal of this position is to oversee and complete the process of transitioning our youth into responsilbe and mature Christian adults to become productive citizens in our society. Other duties may include but not limited to the following: Will minister to and reach out to youth in the local area, will work to increase Sunday School attendance, will minister to and invest in young couples and young families, will provide oversight to church-wide special events, provide oversight of our church facility (The Antioch Fellowship Center, gymnasium, and walking track), will share some duties of the senior pastor, which may include, hospital and family emergency visits, weddings, funerals, and other duties as needed, will be a good listener to members of our church, and will be in charge of starting new programs thay may include, Wednesday night bible studies and outreach ministries.
