Job Description:
The Crossing is looking for a Pastor of Outreach who will develop and coordinate an effective and comprehensive program of mission, community outreach and local church assimilation. The person who fills the position must be able to dream of creative ways to reach people, must be fully conversant with how today's technologies can be used to reach others, and must be able to equip people and lead people on short term mission trips.

Qualifications:

Calling and Motivation: Confirmed calling to ministry
Desire and ability to see others grow in ministry

Education: Bachelors degree minimum. MDiv preferred.

Experience: Servant and power evangelism training/experience is essential.

Theology: Pentecostal/Charismatic

Special Skills: Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of team leadership principals
Excellent relational and communication skills
Experience with planning, program development,
