About Us:
We are a two and a half - year old church plant in Charlotte, NC. We are ministering to a mix of singles, students and families. Our desire is to shape the community, culture, and lives of those in the Charlotte area, by living out the gospel of Jesus Christ, and as a result, a life of worship. Our mission is to help people follow Jesus, and for us, this is expressed through loving God, loving others and serving the world!

About You:
We are seeking an individual who is called to minister to people’s lives and to see life transformation in our community. So we desire someone who has a pastor’s heart, who desires to teach people how to worship as a way of life, possesses strong leadership skills, and someone who can rise up others to be leaders as well. We desire the candidate to be a strong team player and one who has the ability to work independently. Must be proficient on acoustic guitar. Must be able to recruit, train, schedule, shepherd and lead a team of volunteers. Video and graphics knowledge are a plus. Must have at least three to five years of experience on a church staff or para-church ministry staff!

About the Position:
We are hiring a full-time position for Worship and Creative Arts Pastor that reports directly to the Lead Pastor.
