Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced leader with a passion for youth evangelism and discipleship, who can recruit, train, and motivate leaders for Middle School, High School, and Young Adult groups; and who will provide effective youth programs that help youth develop spiritual maturity and godly social relationships. Communication skills and counseling experience are necessary. This position is a part-time salaried job.

Top candidates will have a close personal relationship with Jesus Christ. A Bachelor’s degree in Bible, Christian Education or related fields is preferred. Students pursuing these degrees will also be considered.

The Youth Pastor will serve as pastoral leader to Alta Loma Christian School, and as much as is possible, attend weekly chapel for the school and special school events throughout the school year.
