Job Description:
Cornerstone Ministries’ Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries (APAM) is responsible for leading church wide efforts addressing the needs of the adult congregation including planning, administering, coordinating, supervising and evaluating comprehensive adult focused ministries at Cornerstone Ministries. The APAM oversees the work of the Discipleship/Missions Pastor and Caring/Recovery Pastors as he develops a comprehensive plan for adult ministry. The APAM develops teams of volunteers for lay ministry including small group ministry, visitation, counseling, etc. The APAM works closely with the Senior Pastor in developing a university model Wednesday night adult discipleship program.
