Job Description:

Mt. Olivet United Brethren Church in Chambersburg, PA, is seeking to fill a ‘Full-time Staff’ position. A ‘Part-time Staff’ position will also be available. Applicants should be VISIONARIES... unafraid to dream, introducing new ministry ideas, and enthusiastic about the prospect of participating in the marvelous call/work of ministry.

Option #1 (Full-time)- Dual position of ‘Associate Pastor’ and ‘Youth Pastor’. Applicants should realize that they are close to the end of youth ministry and seeking to become a Sr. Pastor. Applicant would still need to be dedicated to Youth ministry while training and assuming determined/related duties of a Sr. Pastor. Ministry time would be adequately distributed between the two ministries. Interested applicants are encouraged to respond.

Option #2 (Full-time) Dual position of ‘Associate Pastor’ and ‘Minister of Music’. Applicants will preferably be proficient on keyboard (optional- depending on musical talent/ability to lead with another instrument). Applicant would conduct entire music ministry while training and assuming determined/related duties of a Sr. Pastor. Ministry time would be adequately distributed between the two ministries. Option #3 (Part-time) Minister of Music -or- Youth Pastor/Leader. This Part-time position would be created by filling either Option #1 or Option #2. A spouse of the Associate Pastor would be considered assuming that they would have sufficient qualifications. Interested applicants are encouraged to respond.
