Job Description:
Blossom Hills Child Development Center is a ministry of Medford First Church of the Nazarene. As an outreach to our community, BHCDC is committed to honoring God by setting the standard for quality, developmentally appropriate Christian education, and equipping children to attain their full potential in Jesus Christ.

The role of the director is to mentor teachers, work with parents, and the BHCDC Board to oversee operations of BHCDC. The successful applicant will have a strong relationship with the Lord; have a passion for teaching and guiding children, and a heart for families. In addition, the applicant is expected to possess leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills necessary to manage all components of BHCDC including, but not limited to, Christian education, curriculum planning, programming, fiscal management, staff management, and compliance with all state licensing requirements. Applicants must exhibit a high regard for integrity, confidentiality, and ministry to families. BHCDC has an enrollment of approximately 150 children. The program includes infant/toddler, pre-school and an after school program through 6th grade.
