Job Description:
North Park Church (Evangelical Presbyterian) is seeking full-time director of worship/music. Primary responsibility is to lead music element of Sunday worship services in a suburban Pittsburgh church of around 500 utilizing a blended style. Other duties involve developing and utilizing the varied musical gifts of congregational members, leading the music/worship team, and working with the Sr. Pastor in the development of worship plans. Qualifications include a mature walk of Christian faith, capacity to work with present church leadership, sufficient technical music capacities to perform well and lead others in same, a worshipping heart and the capacity to lead believers to worship. Salary commensurate with gifts and experience.
