Job Description:

Grace Church of Wright County is a local church in the community of Buffalo, MN (18,000+ population), just 35 minutes north of the Twin Cities. We are currently meeting in a school setting but are on the search for land/a building.

We are a SPIRIT-FILLED church, 2 years old and running 170+ people and we continue to grow. (We are NOT affiliated with any denomination AT THIS TIME.) Some of our inspiration comes from the likes of: Andrew Wommack, Willie George, Kenneth Hagin and John Maxwell.

We are looking for an extremely energetic, yet grounded individual and/or married team to head up our Youth Department. This will start out as a part-time position, but will lead into a full-time position for the individual/team that can produce results.

We are not looking for the "run-of-the-mill" or "cookie-cutter" Youth Pastor. We need someone who will think not only WITH the box, but outside the box! We need creativity, energy, passion, dedication, spiritual sensitivity, strength and wisdom.

We also need someone to be able to step out in faith in this position and know that production = progress = prosperity; not only in our individual lives, but also the church as a whole.
