- The Worship and Fine Arts Pastor/Manager will oversee and direct the Worship and Fine Arts Program for all Worship Services at Christian Life Center. CLC is looking for someone to lead and provide support and motivation to the Programing Team (including Performing Arts, Technical and Media & Supporting Teams) and to lead the production process for all CLC Worship Services. We will be accepting resumes and applications through Friday, July 31.
~ Performing Arts
• Praise Band - Development of multiple worship teams to minister in the Saturday evening, Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services. As well as in current and future multi-site venues of CLC. The Worship & Fine Arts Pastor/Manager will work with the Music Pastor to assure the quality of musical styles and presentations.
• Special Music Groups/Ensembles/Choirs - Specialized choirs (youth, children etc.), ensembles and chorales are under the leadership development of this position. This will be in cooperation with Music Pastor and the Choir Director.
• Drama, Dance & Creative Development -The WAFA Pastor/Manager will oversee the rehearsals, personnel and resource development of the Drama Ministry and will work directly with lay volunteers to organize and structure the ministry.
~ Technical Ministries
• Technical Ministries - Setting goals to grow and enhance the technical ministries by working with the CLC Technical Director in establishing small group interaction. Training and talent development will be the focus of this relationship. This will ensure development and promote the consistency of vibrant ministry.
~ Media & Supporting Arts
• Multi-Media - Development of multiple teams to minister in the Saturday evening, Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services. The Worship & Fine Arts Pastor/Manager will work with the Technical Director and the Media Production Manager to assure the content and quality of presentations.
• Special Events - The Worship & Fine Arts Pastor/Manager will organize and administrate the large All-Church Events, such as: The Christmas Experience, Easter and Good Friday Outreach Events, etc.
• Worship Environment – Develop the strategy and vision for special lighting effects during all CLC worship services and special events. This includes the overseeing of recruitment and team/talent development.
• Other - In addition to the above, the WAFA Pastor/Manager will oversee a variety of other departmental productions and seasonal emphasis.
