Job Description:
Position: Associate Pastor

Description: To serve alongside the senior pastor in the ministry at Boulder Creek. This position will begin with helping develop stronger community in our church through small groups and will include occasional preaching in our Sunday Morning services.

Skills Necessary: We are looking for leadership skills, some experience in teaching and preaching, a positive people person and
experience in ministry.

Time Commitment: This is a part time position of 25 hours a week.

Boulder Creek is a predominately un-churched community. As a church we seek to welcome everyone; the believer and the non-believer. It is our goal to be relevant and practical in our messages and contemporary in our music in an effort to impact all people with the love and grace of God.
