Job Description:
Willamette Christian Church is currently seeking an experienced Youth Pastor to join our leadership team.
We are a dynamic, growing church in the heart of West Linn and our culture is one where we love God, love people, and serve the world. This means that while we've been here for 50 years, we fervently pursue creative ways to ensure that the gospel is at the heart of everything we do, that we seek community through small groups and intimate relationships, and that we encourage service through ministry and local/national missions.

As Youth Pastor, your role is to lead the broad team of paid and volunteer leaders that commit their time and talents to helping us serve in this way. The successful candidate will couple their post-secondary degree, with experience in youth ministries, together with a love for developing people, and helping foster lifelong disciples for Christ.
