Job Description:
An outreach-minded, growing church of 500+ is seeking a senior pastor. Our Pastor has served us for 11 years and has been elected to a leadership position in our denomination. We are located in Caro, Michigan, a rural community 30 miles east of Saginaw. We have newer facilities that will accommodate additional growth. Current staff consists of a Children's Pastor, Youth Pastor, Community Life Pastor, and Worship Arts Pastor. The Colwood United Brethren Church is an evangelical church and has three Sunday worship services using traditional, contemporary, and modern styles of music, respectively.

We are seeking a visionary leader who has a heart for the lost and whose primary gift and passion is preaching and teaching the Word of God. We desire someone who has experience in a multi-staff church and who is an excellent communicator.
