Job Description:
Director of Youth Ministries, Peace Church, Eau Claire, Wis.

Looking for a capable leader with excellent communication skills to lead our youth ministries, focusing on sixth grade through post-high school. The goal of this ministry is to draw people into a relationship with Jesus and to strengthen that relationship as individuals and families grow in faith.

Must be a team player with strong teaching skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to lead innovative ministry at an innovative church. Must be able to develop and direct various ministry programming to meet the needs of youth and their parents.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of parish experience in youth ministry, paid or volunteer. College degree required, background in education / youth ministry preferred. Certification as LCMS Director of Christian Education or Pastor is preferred but not required.
