Job Purpose:
To plant churches for God’s glory by reaching the lost for Jesus!

Description:
God's given the ERC, Churches of God, General Conference, a vision to plant churches throughout the Mid Atlantic, New England, and (future) East Coast geographic region for Christ! That's why we're embarking on a multiplying, church planting movement. This church planting movement, "The 2020 Initiative," has a vision to plant at least 20+ high impact, resourcing and reproducing church plants by 2020! We're looking for church planters who want to start new churches to transform the world for Jesus!

In addition to hiring church planters, we also are looking for several specialized, multiplying-minded church planters, who have a vision for exponential-reproducing church planting. Therefore, they see themselves planting "multiplication centers" that could potentially be a church planting training base for multiplication planting and movements within our church planting vision.

**We presently have several ministry openings for church planters and multiplication church planters, both locally in Central/Eastern Pennsylvania, and in our extended mid-Atlantic and New England region. We have various funding options and packages available.

We also offer:
• an in-depth training/assessing/equipping process
• an extended faith community of 140 churches to help grow, support, partner with, and encourage you
• an active coaching/consulting support system for your church planting projects
